Silesian Group
- Górnik 09 Mysłowice - advanced to promotion round
- Stal Sosnowiec - advanced to promotion round
- Polonia Bytom
- Lechia 06 Mysłowice
- Lechia Kobiór
- Sparta Łaziska Górne - 9 points (did not play their final two games due to lack of ice
- Stal Czechowice - relegated
- Górnik Zabrze - relegated
Rzeszow Group
