Overview
The first national skating tournament under the auspices of the National Skating Union of Japan was scheduled to be held on Lake Suwako from January 19-22. Ice hockey was part of the program.
Second National Championship Ice Sports Tournament

Held on Lake Matsubara under the auspices of the Japan Ice Sports Federation.
