Junior hockey in Hong Kong consists of various leagues and tournaments. The Hong Kong Amateur Hockey Association (which also runs the Hong Kong Amateur Hockey League), is responsible for organizing the Primary School Ice Hockey League and the Hong Kong School Ice Hockey League.

The Hong Kong Ice Hockey Association runs the Hong Kong Youth National League, which features U16, U12, U10, and U8 divisions.
