In the end, only eight teams competed as Stal Mielec withdrew and Stal Stalowa Wola was removed as they did not pay their entry fee to the PZHL. Later, Gornik Gorlice was also not included. | |||

Silesian Group
- Naprzód Janów - advanced to promotion round
- Górnik 09 Mysłowice
- Polonia Bytom
- Gwardia Katowice
- Stal Sosnowiec
- Lechia 06 Mysłowice
- Elektro Łaziska Górne - 16 pts, 72:71 goals
- Lechia Kobiór
- Silesia Rybnik - relegated
- MKS ZRYW Katowice - relegated
Rzeszow Group
