The 1957-58 Polish 3. Liga season was divided into multiple regional groups, with the top teams advancing to the promotion round to the Polish 2. Liga.

Silesian Group

  1. Naprzód Janów - advanced to promotion round - 31 pts, 133:25
  2. Górnik 09 Mysłowice 28 pts, 108:44
  3. Polonia Bytom 24 pts, 75:45
  4. Gwardia Katowice 21 pts, 82:83
  5. Stal Sosnowiec 20 pts, 69:54
  6. Lechia 06 Mysłowice 16 pts, 93:81
  7. Elektro Łaziska Górne 16 pts, 72:71
  8. Lechia Kobiór 13 pts, 78:107
  9. Silesia Rybnik - relegated - 5 pts, 55:112
  10. MKS ZRYW Katowice - relegated - 4 pts, 41:162

Rzeszow Group

10 teams were divided into two groups of play. Group I: Czuwaj Przemyśl, Krośnianka Krosno, Sanoczanka Sanok, Stal Rzeszów, Stal Stalowa Wola, Group II: Gornik Gorlice, JKS Jarosław, Legia Krosno, Resovia, Stal Mielec. In the end, only eight teams competed as Stal Mielec withdrew and Stal Stalowa Wola was removed as they did not pay their entry fee to the PZHL. Later, Gornik Gorlice was also not included.

Due to weather conditions, the season was not completed, and Resovia (the Group II champion) was deemed the best team and selected to represent the district in the promotion round to the Polish 2. Liga
