The '''Etela-Saimaa turnaus''' (South Saimaa tournament) was an annual ice hockey training tournament in Lappeenranta, [[Finland]] organised by [[SaiPa]]. The tournament was previously called the Sputnik Cup, but the name was changed in 2007. In 2003 and 2004, the tournament was not played because the [[Kisapuisto]] ice rink was being repaired.
