The Etela-Saimaa turnaus (South Saimaa tournament) was an annual ice hockey training tournament in Lappeenranta, Finland organised by SaiPa. The tournament was previously called the Sputnik Cup, but the name was changed in 2007. In 2003 and 2004, the tournament was not played because the Kisapuisto ice rink was being repaired.
