Zbigniew Kasprzak (September 30, 1908 - March 6, 1965) was a Polish hockey player. He was a member of the Polish National Team at the World Championships in 1937 and 1938.

At the club level, Kasprzak played in Lviv (Lwow) with Sokol Lwów (1928-1929) and Czarni Lwów (1929-1936), until joining AZS Poznań in 1936. He later played for KS Cracovia (1938-1939) and Lechia Poznan (1945-1948).
