Wladyslaw Michalik (March 28, 1911 - June 26, 2001 was a Polish hockey player. He played a total of eight games for the Polish National Team at the World Championships in 1938 and 1939.

At the club level, Michalik played for Sokol Krakow from 1931-1934 and KS Cracovia from 1934-1946. He later became a referee.
