Wladyslaw Kazimierz Lemiszko (June 9, 1911 - April 17, 1988) was a Polish hockey player. He played four games for the Polish National Team at the 1935 World Championship. Lemiszko was a reserve at the 1936 Winter Olympics.
He spent his entire club career with hometown club Czarni Lwów.
