AFK Union Žižkov was an ice hockey team based in Prague, which was first a part of Bohemia and later came under Czechoslovakia's borders.

The club participated in the Bohemian Championship in 1909 and 1911. They took part in both tournaments arranged in 1909, and the Czech Country Championship in 1911.

AFK Union Žižkov later reappeared, playing in the 1924 Czechoslovak Championship.
