Carlo "Tino" de Mazzeri (born January 22, 1910) was a Italian hockey player. He was a long-time member of the Italian National Team, appearing at five World Championships and the International Week of Winter Sports in 1940 and 1941.

de Mazzeri spent the majority of his club career with HC Milano and AC Milanese DG, but also played briefly for HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano
