Theo Kaufmann (born April 13, 1912) was an German goaltender. He was a member of the German National Team at the World Championships in 1934 and 1937, appearing in three games total. He was also a reserve at the 1936 Winter Olympics.
Kaufmann played club hockey for SC Brandenburg Berlin and Berliner Schlittschuhclub. He was inducted into the German Hockey Hall of Fame.
