Tadeusz Israel Sachs (June 18, 1899 - August 3, 1942) was a Polish goaltender. He played for the Polish National Team at the World Championships in 1930 and 1931, and served as the backup goaltender at the 1932 Winter Olympics.

Sachs played club hockey in Switzerland while studying abroad there. He later played for various Polish clubs, spending the most time with Legia Warszawa.

He died at the infamous Nazi Auschwitz Concentration Camp.
