Seppo Jaakola (January 28, 1920 - December 25, 2006) was a Finnish hockey player. He played one game for the Finnish National Team at the 1939 World Championship.

At the club level, he was a member of Ilves Tampere from 1936-1944, debuting with them as a 16-year old.
