SD Zagreb (Sports Community Zagreb) was a ice hockey team in Zagreb. It was founded in 1947 when the city was in Yugoslavia and played in the Yugoslav Ice Hockey League.
The team won the league in 1955-56.
In 1961 the team folded into the KHL Medveščak Zagreb team for financial reasons.
