Rudolf Tobien (February 4, 1915 - February 28, 1942) was a German hockey player. He played for the German National Team at three consecutive World Championships from 1937-1939.
He also played for Germany at the International Week of Winter Sports tournaments in 1940 and 1941.
At the club level, Tobien played for Berliner Schlittschuhclub from 1933-1935 and Düsseldorfer EG from 1935-1941.
Tobien was killed fighting on the Russian Front during World War II. He was inducted into the German Hockey Hall of Fame.
