Roman Zdislaw Jerzy Sabinski (December 28, 1908 - June 28, 1978) was a Polish hockey player. He played for the Polish National Team at five major tournaments between 1929 and 1933.
Sabinski spent his entire club career with Pogoń Lwów. He fought in World War II.
