Rolf Haffner (born February 9, 1913) was a German hockey player. He played in nine games for the German National Team at the 1937 World Championship.

At the club level, Haffner was a member of SC Brandenburg Berlin from 1931-1936 and Berliner Schlittschuhclub from 1936-1939.

He was inducted into the German Hockey Hall of Fame.
