Roberts Lapainis (September 10, 1913 - September 30, 1974) was a Latvian goaltender who was a member of the Latvian National Team at the World Championships in 1935 and 1938, and at the 1936 Winter Olympics.
He was the best pre-war goalie in Latvia. Lapainis spent most of his club career with US Riga, but also played for ASK Riga and Dinamo Riga.
