Roberts Blukis (April 4, 1913 - April 14, 1998) was a Latvian hockey player who was a member of the Latvian National Team at four World Championships between 1933 and 1939, and at the 1936 Winter Olympics.
Prior to World War II, he mostly played with US Riga. After the war Blukis, and several other Latvian players, joined the German club, HC Augsburg.
He eventually moved to North America and was living in California at the time of his death.
