Robert Panenka (born 1914) was a Romanian hockey player. He played for the Romanian National Team at four World Championship tournaments between 1935 and 1947.
Prior to World War II, Panenka played for Jahn Cernauti and Dragos Voda Cernauti in his hometown of Cernauti. After the war, he joined Juventus Bucharest
