Paul MacPhail (November 29, 1915 - July 22, 1982) was a British hockey player. He was a member of the British National Team at the 1937 World Championship, scoring two goals in three games.
MacPhail was born in Scotland, but grew up in Montreal, Quebec. He returned to Britain and played for the Earls Court Rangers in the English National League from 1935-1937.
He later went on to play senior hockey in Canada until 1949.
