Oto Gregoric was a Yugoslav hockey player. He appeared in five games as a member of the Yugoslav National Team at the 1939 World Championship.
He also played for Yugoslavia at the International Week of Winter Sports in 1940 and 1941. Gregoric played club hockey for SK Ilrija Ljubljana.
