Arnold "Noldi" Gartmann (November 20, 1904 - June 4, 1980) was a Swiss hockey player. He played for the Swiss National Team at the European Championships in 1924 and 1929, appearing in a total of three games.
He was also a bobsledder who competed in the late 1930s. He won a gold medal in the four-man event at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Gartmann also won a silver medal in the four-man event at the 1935 FIBT World Championships in St. Moritz.
