Malungs IF is a sports club from Malung in Malung-Sälen Municipality, Dalarna County, Sweden. The association was founded in 1920 and is currently active in football, handball, ice hockey and skiing. The hockey team currently competes in Swedish Division 2.
The hockey section was founded in 1964 (before that it had been called IK Skinnarna). The club has had its greatest success in the 1970s and 1980s when it played in Division I from the 1975/1976 season to 1985/1986. The best result was in 1981 when they finished 4th in the series and participated in the promotion round.

After being relegated from Division 1, they played in Division 2 and 3 until they qualified to play in the Hockeyettan in 2018.
