MHK Dubnica (full name: Mestský hokejový klub Dubnica nad Váhom) is an ice hockey team situated in Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia. The club was founded in 1942 and currently plays in the Slovak 2.Liga, the third level of ice hockey in the country.

During Czechoslovak times, the club played primarily in the 1. Slovenská národná hokejová liga, one of the two second-level leagues in the country. They won the league in 1979 and 1980.

After independence, Dubnica joined the second-level Slovak 1.Liga. They won the league in 1994 and were promoted to the Slovak Extraliga. The club was relegated from the Extraliga following the 1996-97 season.

They played in the multi-national Interliga during the 2001-02 season, finishing in fifth place. Dubnica returned to the Slovak Extraliga in 2004-05, earning promotion after winning the 1. Liga. They sold their license to MHC Martin after the season due to financial difficulties. Since then, they have played exclusively in the 2. Liga.
