The Lynn Pollock Cup was a Scottish junior ice hockey tournament.

"It all began with a series of Challenge matches involving Ayr Junior Ice Hockey Clubs under 12s The Braves, who challenged their Scottish League rivals Paisley Braves for the honour of taking home the first of many Barber Shop Challenge Cups. It was the Ayrshire lads who were victorious on their home rink Limekiln Road, Ayr, beating their Paisley counterparts 2-1, watched by a healthy crowd that included Lynn and her Staff, so impressed by what she had seen it was agreed that the Barbers Shop would continue to support this end of season Challenge series. Over the next couple of years Ayr dominated this Challenge Cup until 1998 when sadly and suddenly Lynn was taken from us aged 33yrs old. There was no tournament that year, although Lynn’s family had requested that the tournament, which by this point had became a mini tournament be continued.
After consulting the S.I.H.A the tournament was set to continue and as a mark of respect to Lynn the Lynn Pollock Cup was formed along with a number of changes like English opponents, the tournament being held at The Galleon Center, Kilmarnock for the second time. But this time it was held over two days, and what a success it was, for the first time we had a final that went into overtime and we had a team that was undefeated in all five games.
In 2001 we introduced two additional age groups in the form of Un12s & Un14s as well as the original age group of un16s. We also made a conscious decision to make a move to the 3000 seated Centrum Arena."
