Kolbjorn Fjeldstad (born July 20, 1912) was a Norwegian hockey player. He was a reserve player for the Norwegian National Team at the 1937 World Championship.
Fjeldstad played club hockey for Holmen IF from 1934-1941.
He had three brothers, Reidar, Oyvind, and Sverre Fjeldstad, who also played for Holmen.
