Karlis Muske (May 16, 1921 - August 27, 1981) was a Latvian hockey player. He played three games for the Latvian National Team at the 1939 World Championship.

Muske played club hockey for US Riga from 1936-1943.

He was exiled to the Siberian town of Vorkuta after World War II. Muske instructed hockey, football, and basketball players while there.
