Karl Vilhelm Frederik Forsstrom (September 6, 1915 - August 22, 1987) was a Swedish hockey player. He was a member of the Swedish National Team at the 1938 World Championship, appearing in six games at the tournament.
Forsstrom played club hockey for Reymersholms IK, IK Göta Ishockey, and Karlbergs BK.
