Karel Kotrba was a Czechoslovak hockey player. He was a member of the Czechoslovak National Team at the 1920 Summer Olympics and the 1921 European Championship.
He was a reserve player at both tournaments and didn't play in any games. Kotrba played club hockey for SK Slavia Praha.
