Jules Lecomte was a Belgian hockey player who was a member of the Belgian National Team at the 1930 World Championship, playing in one game. He was also a reserve at the 1926 European Championship.
At the club level, Lecomte played for two Antwerp-based clubs - Cercle des Patineurs Anversoises and later Union des Patineurs Anversois
