Juan Vicente Galvez Arche was a Spanish hockey player. He played for the Spanish National Team at the European Championships in 1924 and 1926, scoring one goal in five games total.
At the club level, Arche played for Club Alpino Español. His brothers, Angel and Ricardo Arche were also Spanish internationals.
