Josef Trousilek (March 16, 1918 - October 10, 1990) was a Czechoslovak hockey player. He played for the Czechoslovak National Team at the World Championships in 1947 and 1949, and at the 1948 Winter Olympics.
Trousilek was also a reserve at the 1939 WC. The hard-hitting defenseman spent most of his club career with LTC Praha, joining the club in 1939-40 after having previously played for SK Slavia Praha and AC Sparta Praha.
