Joseph Hyman "Joe" Collins (September 12, 1915 - July 10, 1988) was a British hockey player. He was a member of the British National Team at the 1939 World Championship, appearing in three games.

Collins played club hockey in the Scottish National League for Glasgow University and Kelvingrove.

Of Ukrainian descent, he was born with the last name of Kalinsky, but adopted Collins as an anglicized version of it.

He served in the Royal Artillery during World War II and was awarded the Order of the British Empire in 1946 for his service.
