Jaroslav Jarkovsky (July 8, 1881 – unknown) was a Czechoslovak/Bohemian ice hockey player.
Biography
Jarkovsky played club hockey for LTC Praha and predominantly SK Slavia Praha. He represented the Bohemian National Team at the Ice Hockey European Championships in 1911, 1912, and 1913. He also played for Bohemia at the 1909 Coupe de Chamonix and the 1913 LIHG Championship. Jarkovsky was team captain on multiple occasions.
A strong shot contributed to Jarkovsky being one of the top goal scorers in Europe prior to World War I. He went on to serve in the war, earning a medal for bravery, but did not resume his hockey career after its conclusion.
