Jacques Bottenheim was a French hockey player. He was a reserve player for the French National Team at the 1934 World Championship. He later played for France at the 1937 Winter Universitaires.
Bottenheim played club hockey for Cercle Nautique de Chatou (1932-1934), Stade Français (1934-1935), Diables de France (1935-1936), and the Rapides de Paris (1936-1937).
