Ivan "Ice" Rihar was a Yugoslav goaltender. He started all five games in net for the Yugoslav National Team at the 1939 World Championship.
Rihar also played for Yugoslavia at the International Week of Winter Sports in 1940 and 1941. At the club level, he was a member of SK Ilrija Ljubljana.
