The Hove and Brighton Ice Rink was an ice rink based in Hove, England.[1] The rink cost 70,000 pounds to construct. There was some seating available near the ice and on an upper balcony.
The first game played at the rink was an 11-1 victory for Canada over England on February 11, 1930. Later in the month, the London Lions romped the local Sussex team 17-3 in a challenge match.
Sussex also played in the Junior Cup that year, losing 4-3 to the visiting Princes Ice Hockey Club II. They later entered the English League in 1931-32.
