Georg Holger Granstrom (December 25, 1917 - July 22, 1941) was a Finnish hockey player. He played five games for the Finnish National Team at the 1939 World Championship, scoring four goals.
Granstrom played club hockey for KIF Helsinki from 1935-1941. He was inducted into the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame in 1985.
He also played for the Finland national football team. He was killed in the Continuation War.
