Heffners/Ortvikens IF (abbreviated: HOIF) is a sports club in Sundsvall, Sweden. It was founded in 1898 as Heffners IF.
As Heffners IF, the club participated in the 1946 Swedish Ice Hockey Championship. Then, after many years spent playing in the lower leagues, the club earned promotion to the top-level Swedish Division I for the 1970-71 season. Their stay in the top-tier was short however, as they were relegated back to Division 2 after just one season in Division I.
They played in the second-level Swedish Division 1 during its inaugural 1975-76 season, but have been inactive since then, due to the local competition provided by IF Sundsvall Hockey.
