Hans Payer was an Austrian ice hockey player who played the position of rover. He was a member of the Austrian national team, represented by DEHG Prag, at the 1913 European Championship.

At the club level, Payer spent the majority of his career, spanning from 1908-1922, with DEHG Prag, but also played briefly for Deutscher Fussballclub Prag.
