Hammer Eisbären (officially Lieppe-Hockey-Hamm) is an ice hockey team in Hamm, Germany. The club was founded in 2004. Previous teams to play in the city include ASV Hamm and ESC Hamm.
Eisbaren currently plays in the Western group of the Oberliga, Germany's third-tier hockey league.
