HC Lvi Břeclav is an ice hockey team from Břeclav, Czech Republic. The club was founded in 1934.
They play in the third-level of Czech hockey, the 2.liga. The club's home arena is the Zimní stadion města Břeclavi (dříve Alcaplast arena), which opened in 1972 an holds 4200 spectators.
In the 2010-11 season, the club was threatened after mismanagement led to large debt that forced the club into bankruptcy. After this season, the club called HC Breclav ceased to exist and was succeeded HC Passvilan Breclav, which due to a disagreement between city management and the new owners, never saw the ice.
Hockey in Breclav was once again threatened with extinction. Before the 2011-12 season, a new owner, Patrik Vasicek, formed HC Lvi Breclav.
