Gustav Edvardsen (January 14, 1911 - February 28, 1991) was a Norwegian hockey player. He played two games for the Norwegian National Team at the 1937 World Championship.
At the club level, Edvardsen played for Grane SK from 1932-1941. He also played bandy hockey.
His younger brother, Ragnar Edvarsen, was also a talented hockey player.
