Gunther Kelch (1917 - July 31, 1943) was a German hockey player. He was a member of the German National Team at the 1937 World Championship, appearing in four games. Kelch was also a reserve at the 1939 tournament.

SC Brandenburg Berlin, Zehlendorfer Wespen, and LTTC Rot-Weiß Berlin were Kelch's club teams.

He was a World War II casualty, dying when his aircraft caught fire while fighting for Germany in Russia. His brother, Hanneman Kelch, was also a hockey player.

Kelch is a member of the German Hockey Hall of Fame.
