Grazer Athletiksport Club was a sports club in Graz, Austria, that was founded in 1902.
In November 1916, the club announced that it wanted to add ice hockey to its sporting repertoire. However, Grazer AC's first recorded hockey matches did not take place until 1925.
The club joined the Austrian Ice Hockey Federation (OEHV) in December 1926. With the exception of the 1928-29 Styrian Championship, Grazer AC exclusively played friendly matches until 1932.
With the creation of the Provincial Championship for the 1932-33 season, the club was placed in the Eastern Group of the 2. Klasse. They competed in this division until 1935.
Grazer AC withdrew from the OEHV on November 29, 1935.
