Frantisek Pacalt (July 20, 1912 - November 3, 2001) was a Czechoslovak hockey player. He played for the Czechoslovak National Team at four World Championships between 1937 and 1947. Pacalt captained the team at the 1947 tournament.
Pacalt played for HOVS Praha (1931-1933), LTC Praha (1933-1939), HC Rapid Praha (1935-1936), and I. CLTK Praha (1939-1947).
