Fernand De Blommaert (August 24, 1881 - July 24, 1949) was a Belgian hockey player.[1]

De Blommaert played club hockey for Brussels IHC and was a member of the Belgian National Team at the European Championships in 1910, 1913, and 1914, as well as at the 1912 LIHG Championship.[2]
